Probably more likely a pair of smackheads or crackheads though.

I agree it does seem odd. There must be more to the story.

I'm guessing from the limited info available that her family fell out with her over the boyfriend & pregnancy and she left the family home?

I was taking the story at face value, that's why I asked what were they thinking camping out mid winter with a newborn.

Correction. Two adults that had left home, having left a burned out car and with one due to give birth imminently. That would be news where I come from - things must be quite exciting in your world

Posh lady suffering from BCS (Blk Ck Syndrome). It's obvious what his interest was, and maybe the baby was 'in the way'... They'll no doubt say it was lack of medical care, it'll be another 'open verdict' decision (bit like Nicola Bulley will be...) and, just like the NB story, everybody will walk away relieved, happy that their dirty little secrets haven't been officially exposed to too much public scrutiny or punishment.

Re: The Aristocrat & The Rapist (missing / found dead baby)
I think the title nails why it's a story of intrigue, the absolute oddness of those two being a couple. Big age gap too isn't there? I mean cynically it's pretty obvious why he's interested in her but as for the other way round? Rebellion? Mental health? Just under his influence?

Add to the fact that they left a burnt out fucking car in Bolton before they went walkabout with her imminently giving birth. Why would they even do that? Seems so un-necessary. I wonder if mummy and daddy cut her off because they were unhappy with their life choices. (To be fair it's sort of hard to blame them too much for that)

it's definitely unusual and interesting.

And yes, to top it off, that poor baby. What a horrible short life it must have been for them.

OTB
Exactly, what’s the drama when two consenting adults go to Brighton?
Something murky about the case that will no doubt come to light in due course

Re: The Aristocrat & The Rapist (missing / found dead baby)
There's obviously a lot more going on here than we know about. The fact that this was national news when really all they were (on the face of it) was two adults who had left home never really rang true.
